Despite having a home in New York City, Taylor Swift did not appear to be in attendance at the Kansas City Chiefs game at MetLife Stadium today in their Sunday night football match-up against the New York Giants.
Ahead of the game, NBC's Sunday Night Football account shared a promo for the evening in the style of Swift's forthcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, leading some fans to speculate Swift could be in attendance. However, as the game started, it doesn't appear that Swift is there; she has not been pictured arriving, nor has she been spotted in the stadium. (We'll update this story if that changes.)

After confusion on whether or not Swift attended last week's game in Kansas City, it was confirmed she was there, just not pictured—she arrived late to the game behind a partition, and was not filmed by any fans. Later in the day, country singer Kane Brown shared a photo of Swift at the afterparty, held at Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce's new Kansas City steakhouse.
Swift has been to a Chiefs game at MetLife Stadium, way back in October 2023, when she attended with Blake Lively, Sabrina Carpenter, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, Antoni Porowski, and Hugh Jackman. That time, the Chiefs were playing the New York Jets. (The Jets and Giants share a home stadium.)

Swift and Kelce announced their engagement last month, and this past week, Kelce spoke with his brother on their "New Heights" podcast about his and Swift's wedding planning. Planning is "gonna be easy" he said, hinting they may get married after this football season ends. "I just gotta figure out a football game first," Kelce said. "Wedding planning is "gonna be easy compared to figuring out how to catch a f*cking goddamn football." (The Chiefs began their season with two losses.) He also said they will forgo a wedding DJ for a band, explaining, "We're live music kind of people."
