Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were last spotted together publicly in June ahead of their separation, which PEOPLE confirmed on Monday, Sept. 29.
The actress and the country music star attended the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup match between Los Angeles Football Club and Esperance de Tunis at GEODIS Park together on June 20 in Nashville.
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, attended the sports event just five days before their 19th wedding anniversary — and three months before the news of their split was made public.

In photos of the former couple, the Babygirl actress could be seen standing and sporting a cream-colored dress and smiling at her husband, who sported sunglasses and an off-white plaid shirt.
Five days later, on their wedding anniversary, Kidman shared a loved-up photo of herself with Urban on Instagram.
"Happy Anniversary Baby ❤️ @KeithUrban," she wrote at the time.
On Aug. 19, Kidman — who recently finished filming Practical Magic 2 in London — shared "summer memories" on Instagram, showing time spent with her family, including her and Urban's daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 14. (Kidman is also mom to daughter Bella, 32, and son Connor, 30, from her marriage to Tom Cruise.)
Meanwhile, Urban has been on tour, with his next stop scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 2, in Hershey, Penn.
News of the couple's split was first reported by TMZ, which cited sources that said Kidman and Urban had been living apart since the beginning of the summer.
The Academy Award winner and four-time Grammy winner initially met at a gala in 2005 and eventually wed the following year in June 2006.
Since then, the pair have been candid about their romance.

Urban told CBS News in 2016 that "meeting her and getting married wasn't life-changing, it was life-beginning."
Later, Kidman shared the secret to their lasting love with PEOPLE. "I think it's knowing that you have to keep contributing to what we call the 'us.' You go, 'Does this work for us?' " the Big Little Lies star said. "When you make an us, it's yours together — that's what you create."
Kidman and Urban share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. The Nine Perfect Strangers star was previously married to Tom Cruise.
