Michelle Williams called the recent Destiny's Child reunion in July a "spur-of-the-moment" occurrence

Williams said "anything is possible" in regards to Destiny's Child recording music together again

The singer also said that her favorite Destiny's Child songs are "Says My Name" and "Survivor"

Michelle Williams is spilling the tea on Destiny's Child's recent reunion.

On Wednesday, Sept. 10, Williams made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live and opened up about the trio's surprise reunion at Beyoncé's final Cowboy Carter Tour show on July 26.

Reflecting on the iconic moment, Williams, 46, said it was an "awesome, spur of the moment" decision.

Before the Cowboy Carter show, the trio, which also includes Kelly Rowland, reunited at Coachella in 2018 for Beyoncé's headlining performance — and that one they had "a little more time" to prepare for," Williams said.

"This one was, 'Y'all let's do this,' and we did," she said.

When asked if the trio would ever record together again, Williams — who's currently starring on Broadway's Death Becomes Her — gave a diplomatic answer.

"Anything is possible," she said. "To me, performing on stage is like that for me… I only like it with Beyoncé and Kelly. But as far as Broadway, I'm a Broadway girl… Music? I only want to do it with them."

Elsewhere in the episode, Williams revealed her favorite Destiny's Child song.

"Okay, so, I would say 'Say My Name' by far," she said, before remembering the title track from Survivor. "The musicality is still relevant… and it was the first I was ever on commercially."

At the July 26 show in Las Vegas, the trio sang a medley of iconic hits, including "Independent Woman," "Lose My Breath, "Energy" and "Bootylicious."

The trio also reunited offstage with former band members LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett at Beyoncé's RenaissanceWorld Tour in 2023.

Destiny's Child formed in Houston in the early 1990s and released their self-titled debut album in 1998. Their third and final album, Destiny's Fulfilled, dropped in 2004.

Rowland and Williams' onstage reunion with Beyoncé in Las Vegas came after the pair were seen at several shows throughout the Cowboy Carter Tour. In early July, Williams attended the singer's show in Washington, D.C., and in June, Rowland was seen at Beyoncé's show in Paris.
