Things are getting extremely complicated for Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalf) and she is set to finally let someone in on a secret she's kept quiet.
Earlier this month, Mercedes met with Misbah (Harvey Virdi), asking the doctor for her assistance to find out if she was pregnant or if it was a false positive as a result of her cancer treatment. To Mercedes shock and surprise, Misbah confirmed that Mercedes was in-fact pregnant with her fifth child.
Now, on September 29th (September 22nd in the U.K) Mercedes is struggling with the weight of the secret, so she finally confesses to her mother Myra (Nicole Barber-Lane) and let her know that she is carrying Tony (Nick Pickard) child.
In that episode viewers will also watch as Mercedes lashes out on her brother John Paul (James Sutton).
John Paul was passed out drunk in the backseat of the car when Bobby was murdered by Jez. Recently, John Paul has been having flashbacks to the traumatic event, but he is unable to place the voice that he hears, which could be a vital piece of evidence in taking down his nephews killer.
Meanwhile, Tony has been mistakenly arrested for the murder, and believes he could have committed it.
Now Mercedes will take out her anger on her brother, John Paul, as he continues to be unable to identify the voice of the person who murdered her son Bobby (Zak Sutcliffe).
What's to come further:
In the Hollyoaks Autumn trailer viewers saw Mercedes talk to John Paul and try and convince him to frame Tony for Bobby's murder. Mercedes says, "You're going to make sure that Tony Hutchinson spends the rest of his life behind bars." Later in the trailer John Paul is seen confessing his love for his former fiancé Jez, when he finally places the voice that he's been missing.
Will John Paul frame Tony? Will he end up identifying Jez's secret before it's too late? Viewers will have to stay tuned to watch the story unfold)
