Amanda Abbington has claimed her issues with Giovanni Pernice were 'never personal' and she actually thinks he is a 'very good dancer'. The surprising comments come after Amanda, 51, dramatically quit Strictly in 2021 and accused her dance partner Giovanni, 34, of 'unnecessary, cruel and mean behaviour'. Giovanni rejected the claims immediately and a BBC investigation ruled in September that her claims of physical aggression and threatening behaviour were not upheld.
