A judge has ruled the federal Bureau of Prisons must provide hormone therapy to transgender inmates after Donald Trump signed an executive order halting all treatments. Trump issued the order within hours of his inauguration in January forcing the federal government to only recognize two genders - male and female - as well as, house transgender women in men's prisons and not fund gender-affirming care. Several transgender prisoners sued the administration to have their treatments resumed.

Tim Keiderling, 58, and Esther Keiderling, 28, of Ulster Park, New York, set off Sunday morning to hike Mount Katahdan - with Esther writing on her personal Substack that they had planed to start their voyage to the summit between 6am and 7am, WMTW reports. 'I'm a little nervous after everything I've read about the Abol trail, but I'm going to do it if weather permits!

An eight-year-old boy has died five weeks after suffering devastating injuries when a car plowed into a building used as an after-school camp. Bradley Lund died on Monday morning after being struck by a car which veered into the YNOT Outdoors Summer and After School Camp in Chatham, Illinois, on April 28. Lund had been in intensive care since the horrific incident which killed four other children, including Kathryn Corley and Alma Buhnerkempe, both aged seven, eight-year-old Ainsley Johnson and 18-year-old Rylee Britton.
