The real reason why Volodymyr Zelensky got a front row seat at Pope Francis's funeral has been revealed - and it is not because organisers wanted to provoke Donald Trump. Protocol was broken to move the Ukrainian president from where his place should have been, further back, to the prominent seat - 11 spots along from the American premier. The Vatican did not deny protocol had been overturned, with spokesperson Matteo Bruni telling The Telegraph: 'I believe they filled a vacant place.
