Bobby Flay just hit Instagram with an all-caps warning: "THIS IS NOT A DRILL."
The 60-year-old Food Network star dropped a countdown clip on Tuesday, August 19, confirming Bobby's Triple Threat is officially back in two weeks.
"Set those reminders… the countdown is on. #BobbysTripleThreat Season 4 premieres in 2 weeks! 👉September 2nd at 8pm on @foodnetwork," Flay wrote. The video panned across his speakeasy-style kitchen while a mash-up of "This Is How We Do It" and "Pump It Up" played in the background. The text overlay hammered it home: "Triple Threat is back in 2 WEEKS!"

Season 4 of Bobby's Triple Threat was first confirmed by Food Network back in July — along with the biggest shake-up yet. New York-based chef and restaurateur Ayesha Nurdjaja (of NYC hotspots Shuka and Shukette) will step in as the newest Titan alongside returners Michael Voltaggio and Brooke Williamson.

"This season of Triple Threat is a special one," Flay said in the official press release. "I'm excited to introduce new titan Ayesha Nurdjaja, who I handpicked from the many candidates across the country. She is a Brooklyn-born chef with global flavors in her pocket."

Just like before, each episode pits a challenger chef against Flay's Titan trio in three head-to-head cooking rounds packed with surprise ingredients. Their dishes are judged blind, and anyone who manages to beat the Titans walks out with $25,000. The ten-episode season premieres Tuesday, September 2 at 8|7c on Food Network and streams the next day on HBO Max.
So who's bold enough to take them on this time? According to the network, competitors include Maneet Chauhan, Nini Nguyen, Dale Talde, Jet Tila, Bryan Voltaggio, Karen Akunowicz, Avishar Barua, Adrianne Calvo, Martel Stone and Michelle Wallace. Daniel Boulud is confirmed to judge the premiere episode, with additional guest judges expected across the season.

Flay's been busy outside the Triple Threat kitchen too. Just last month, he confirmed in an Instagram Q&A that the holiday edition of Beat Bobby Flay will return later this year. "Yes, 'Holiday Beat' is coming back. It's always a blast," he told a fan.

And in his personal life, Flay and Williamson have taken their friendship off-screen. The two went public earlier this year at the No Kid Hungry Dinner in Los Angeles — where Williamson was honored — and multiple outlets reported that Flay flew in to surprise her.
The relationship news followed Williamson's 2024 divorce and Flay's split from Christina Pérez the same year. Flay has been married three times before and shares daughter Sophie Flay with his second wife, Kate Connelly.
