<p>Sharon Osbourne has no problem revealing the band she controversially disinvited from Black Sabbath's highly anticipated farewell show.</p>
<p>The charity event, Back to the Beginning, which takes place on Saturday, July 5, in Birmingham, England, will bring together Sharon's husband, Ozzy Osbourne, and his Black Sabbath bandmates for their final performance before Ozzy retires from live shows. The star-studded event will also feature performances from some of rock's biggest names, including Metallica, Guns N' Roses, and Alice in Chains, and will be livestreamed globally.</p>
<p>However, not everyone made the cut for this legendary send-off. Sharon, who also manages Ozzy, revealed toBillboard ahead of the event that she had to remove one band from the lineup. "They wanted to make a profit," she said, explaining the reasoning behind the decision. "And it's not the time to make a profit." Sharon promised to reveal the band's identity after the event, saying, "After the show I'll let everybody know who it was. I think people will be shocked."</p>

<p>The proceeds from the concert will benefit Cure Parkinson's, Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice — charities close to the Osbourne family's heart, especially since Ozzy publicly shared his Parkinson's diagnosis in 2018.</p>

<p>Ozzy and the rest of Black Sabbath — originally made up of drummer Bill Ward, bassist Geezer Butler, Ozzy on vocals and guitarist Tony Iommi — shared a photo on Instagram in anticipation of Saturday's event. "Back to the Beginning is TOMORROW!" the caption read, which racked up tons of comments from excited fans.</p>
<p>As for the band that won't be included in tomorrow's festivities, fans will just have to wait and see.</p>
