<p>Alicia Hannah-Kim confronted Cobra Kai costar Martin Kove in new body camera footage after he allegedly bit her at a fan convention in Washington over the weekend</p>
<p>In the footage, Kove apologized for the incident, but Hannah-Kim informed him that they are "colleagues" and that she will not tolerate his inappropriate actions</p>
<p>In the end, Hannah-Kim did not press charges against Kove, but did file a police report</p>
<p>Body camera footage is providing more insight into the aftermath of the alleged biting incident between Cobra Kai stars Alicia Hannah-Kim and Martin Kove.</p>
<p>The footage, which PEOPLE obtained from the Puyallup Police Department in Washington, shows the castmates outside Summer Con on Sunday, June 22, discussing the incident with an officer present.</p>
<p>"You cannot bite people. That is not okay," the police officer tells Kove, 78.</p>
<p>"That is assault!" Hannah-Kim, 37, shouts.</p>

<p>"I apologize," Kove says. "I was just playing because we're very playful together, and I bit down too hard."</p>
<p>Hannah-Kim turns to the officer with a stunned look on her face as the officer explains she has a "visible" mark on her arm and that's "super not cool."</p>
<p>"No, we do not play like that," Hannah-Kim says. "I want to be very clear with witnesses. Martin, you think it's funny to play with people. We are colleagues."</p>

<p>Martin Kove (left) and Alicia Hannah-KimThe actress went on to say she found it "completely and utterly inappropriate" for him to have gotten "outraged" at her for voicing her disapproval of him biting her.</p>
<p>"You say that we're friends and that we play. Sir, we work together, we shake hands, we do photo ops, we get along. When have I ever bit you? Biting is an offense," she says, gesturing to the police officer. "That's why I've brought this gentleman here to speak to you, because you think you have done nothing wrong."</p>
<p>Hannah-Kim then tells Kove that if he had just apologized to her and admitted he did something wrong, it "would have been the end of the story."</p>
<p>"I really want you to know that I'm ashamed that I did something like that," Kove responds. "I got it, I really got it."</p>
<p>Hannah-Kim then tells Kove the "only reason" she didn't physically react to him biting her is "because you are a senior citizen, and I respect the elderly."</p>
<p>"I will not cross that line," she adds, telling him she would have "decked" him if he were younger.</p>
<p>In an informational police report obtained by PEOPLE, Kove was accused of grabbing Hannah-Kim's arm and biting it "so hard it nearly drew blood, and she yelled out in pain."</p>
<p>It also alleged that Kove grabbed Hannah-Kim's arm again and "began kissing it where he had bit her." After Hannah-Kim and her husband, Sebastian Roche, confronted Kove, he allegedly "exploded on them" and insisted "he did not do anything wrong" and police then got involved.</p>
<p>When questioned by an officer, Kove "admitted to biting" Hannah-Kim, saying he "did it out of jest."</p>
<p>"He thought he was being funny, and they play fight all the time on the set of Cobra Kai, and he did not think it was a big deal," the report read.</p>

<p>Hannah-Kim ultimately decided not to press charges against Kove, but privately requested an official report "in case this continues."</p>
<p>Kove played John Kreese in the 1984 film The Karate Kid and reprised the character in two film sequels as well as on the TV series Cobra Kai.</p>
<p>Hannah-Kim joined Cobra Kai for the show's final two seasons as Kim Da-Eun.</p>
<p>In the aftermath, Kove issued a public apology to Hannah-Kim.</p>
<p>"I deeply regret and apologize for my actions regarding the incident with Alicia, a genuinely kind and wonderful person who didn't deserve to be put in this position," he said in a statement to TMZ.</p>
<p>"I've always respected her and considered her a highly professional and talented co-worker on Cobra Kai. I was being playful in the moment but went too far and there is absolutely no excuse for my behavior."</p>
