A Milwaukee teenager is set to be tried in adult court after allegedly sexually assaulting a 53-year-old woman in a horrifying random attack. Authorities released surveillance footage allegedly showing Tremonte Kirk, 17, stalking victim Charlotte Nozar in a parking lot on December 18. Cops said Kirk appeared to stop walking as he noticed Nozar had a 'noticeable limp' following a recent surgery, and followed her as she walked to her nearby apartment block.
