Shocking new footage of a quadriplegic Army veteran's last moments proves his death was no accident, his family claims. Chris Skinner, 41, drowned when his wheelchair fell into a neighborhood pool in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on September 6, 2021. CCTV footage obtained by DailyMail.com shows Skinner suddenly charge towards the edge of the pool and go over the edge. In the footage Skinner can be seen waiting for several seconds, then his wheelchair accelerates in a straight line towards the pool with no attempt to turn or slow down.
