An autistic Peloton worker, who complained that the loud pop music played during exercise classes was 'overwhelming', has won a disability discrimination claim. Ciaran Saunders - who worked as a part-time studio concierge - is in line for a payout after a Tribunal judge ruled that the fitness firm should have offered him more breaks and alternative job opportunities within the company. The concierge - who began working at Peloton's trendy Covent Garden studio in 2022 - quit in July 2023 and sued the business for discrimination.
