The former ITV chatshow host, 59, was diagnosed with cancer in 2012, undergoing surgery just before Christmas that year to remove one of his testicles. He's since been open about the 'horrific' time hearing of his cancer diagnosis, and later said he felt 'lucky to be alive'.
