A crazed Tennessee driver ran over a tow truck operator's head in a desperate bid to avoid having his vehicle seized - with a woman allegedly directing him on how to flee the scene. Nicholas Wray, 34, and Brandi Revels, 27, are now behind bars, where they face charges of aggravated assault over the incident, according to a press release. The victim, known as Phil Pacman Guy on social media, was in the process of towing a red 2011 Ford Focus outside an apartment complex in Memphis last month when a man suddenly jumped into the vehicle and reversed over his head, Law and Crime reported.
