Cheerleader's 'rough sex' past in spotlight after she was 'gang raped and left to die on road by three men'
A teenager's rough sex with a classmate the night before she was allegedly gang raped and killed can't be used in her case, an appeals court has ruled. Madison Brooks, 19, was fatally hit by a car in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 15, 2023, after she was left on the side of the road by her accused rapists. Kaivon Washington, 18, Casen Carver, 18, and Desmond Carter, 17, are charged with first-degree rape and video voyeurism.
