Rule breaker Miley Cyrus is also a certified rule maker! The three-time Grammy winner's sister Brandi Cyrus told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on March 17 that Miley, 32, "makes the rules" during the Cyrus family's game nights. "Something that we love to do that's probably so unexpected is we love to play cards," said Brandi, 37, without specifying which family members — dad Billy Ray, mom Tish and the other four Cyrus siblings — join in.
