A cabal of millionaires who tried to ban the public from their 'private' Oregon lake have been dealt another blow in the form of a seven-figure legal fee. The stubborn group of high-fliers failed to keep a portion of southern Portland's Oswego Lake exclusive following a 12-year court battle, and they've now been slapped with a total tab of almost $1.6 million. Their bill covers $1,368,978.30 in attorney fees after a decade of litigation, along with $221,792.
