The country music star, 62, was accused in a complaint filed in a state court in California on Thursday by a makeup artist who worked for his wife Trisha Yearwood. Garth shared an update to Instagram, after his show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, adding that he 'really needed this.
