Spine-chilling footage shows a down-on-her-luck actress dancing by the ocean off New Jersey just days before she was murdered in cold blood at the same scenic waterside spot. Carley Elbert, 32, was filmed rapping about 'spitting rhymes' while dancing on a jetty near the Flagship hotel as the Atlantic City skyline lights up the background on July 27th. Just six days later, Elbert was found on a nearby jetty wearing only a bikini with a fatal gunshot wound to the head at around 4:41 am, according to police.
