The 'Royale with Cheese' is the most expensive item on the menu at Sip & Guzzle, a cocktail bar in Manhattan. It's made from one of the world's most expensive meats and comes served on a gold platter. The dish was created by Mike Bagale, former executive chef of Chicago's three-Michelin-star Alinea, who oversees the Sip & Guzzle kitchen.
