Ashley and husband Jared Haibon, who wed in 2019, work with Sydney in Rhode Island on their social media pages. They previously teased to Us Weekly that Sydney might be at odds with the ladies competing for Joey Graziadei's affections.
"She is going to play a task," Ashley advised Us last month, with Jared, 35, including that "she'll be featured."

Ashely continued: "We do not know what her story line's going to appear to be as a result of we've heard the story."
The arc began enjoying out during week 2 when Sydney knowledgeable Madina that Maria had made feedback about her in the mansion. Whereas Madina, 31, and Maria, 29, have (type of) moved on from the argument over Maria allegedly belittling Madina's insecurities about being the oldest lady on the show, Sydney is now within the scorching seat for mentioning the drama to Joey and claiming Maria "verbally attacked her" and referred to as her "embarrassing, weird and dumb," which Maria denied.
"We hear Sydney say that she's referred to as her bizarre … stupid and embarrassing, after which there were a couple different issues that I've heard that she's referred to as her however it did not make air," Ashley advised Ben Higgins on their "Almost Famous" podcast after Monday's episode aired. "You'd should assume that Sydney is making that up, that she totally made that up out of thin air and advised Joey about that so she's a liar, or you possibly can assume that you simply simply didn't see her saying that on TV. However I feel because there's — seemingly — this is all an argument over nothing and it definitely isn't just about Madina and the previous comment, let's just overlook about that, that doesn't exist in my thoughts, barely throughout this episode. Ben, nevertheless, wasn't convinced.
"I see someone obsessed with causing battle with Maria for no matter purpose — whatever we're seeing, not seeing, experiencing or not. … [Sydney] is beautiful. She is assured. Clearly, you stated it, so I've to belief you. She's cool. She's received a lot happening," he stated. "[So], Sydney, what are you doing? Give it up."
