<p>Former '90s child star Lisa Jakub shared a photo of herself in Independence Day 29 years after the iconic film—and one fan declared she is "still looking fabulous" today.</p>
<p>On Friday, July 4, the actress, 46, took to Instagram with a side-by-side image of herself in 1996 next to a recent snap.</p>

<p>"29 years ago," Jakub captioned her update. "Still really damn worried about what's out there."</p>
<p>In the throwback, she looked off to the side with a furrowed brow in character as Alicia Casse in Independence Day, also starring Will Smith, Bill Pullman, Mary McDonnell, Jeff Goldblum and more.</p>
<p>"I mean, we probably deserve whatever we get at this point," Jakub joked of the alien invasion film. "Be safe this weekend, y'all. #independenceday."</p>

<p>In the comments, Jakub's followers flooded the actress, who also memorably starred as Lydia Hillard in Mrs. Doubtfire alongside Robin Williams, with messages of praise and nostalgia.</p>
