It's not often that you see the President of the United States lobbying on behalf of an NFL Draft prospect. Yet, that's exactly what happened last week. After Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders - the son of Hall of Famer Deion Sanders - didn't get drafted in the first round, Donald Trump took to his Truth Social account and put all 32 NFL teams on blast for their decision to not select him.
