In the world of television, I'm not sure there is. And that's probably what executives at ITV are thinking as well after their decision to add Apple TV Plus series Suspicion to their roster. Starring Pulp Fiction icon Uma Thurman, the eight-part series depicts five ordinary Brits who are accused of kidnapping the son of a prominent US media mogul.
