A homeless man found living in an intricate setup inside a Philadelphia bridge was arrested for murder after police found a body floating in the river. Roger Gosson, 61, was charged with murder after police found a gun inside his makeshift bridge home that they believe was used in a killing earlier this year, reported WPVI. The body of Joshua Daywalt, 35, was discovered in the Schuylkill River near Kelly Drive on February 7.
