Last September, the I'll Be Missing You rapper was taken into custody on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking charges following a federal investigation. The 55-year-old has denied all allegations against him but his team was dealt a crushing blow last month when US District Judge Arun Subramanian denied their motion to delay the hearings, meaning his trial will begin with jury selection on Monday, May 5.
