As soon as I heard Blake Lively's character utter that classic term of endearment in Another Simple Favor, I knew I was in for a treat. A Simple Favor was one of 2018's most intoxicating movies, with Blake as the terrifyingly unhinged, yet sickeningly stylish Emily Nelson and Anna Kendrick as Stephanie Smothers, her best friend, mortal enemy, and sort-of lover rolled into one.
