The Sweet Caroline hitmaker, 84, was performing his song Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon, when he got a fan to join him by the stage. What unfolded is what TikTok users commenting on the video are calling the 'most uncomfortable 20 seconds' of their lives, as Neil caressed the fan's face and hands, and kissed her passionately between lines while kneeling on the stage.
