Bach, who was married to David Hasselhoff for 17 years, was best known for her roles in Baywatch and Knight Rider and for being a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. The Los Angeles County death certificate, seen by TMZ,reveals she died by suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head on March 5.
