Justin Bieber continued to fuel increasing fan concern on Sunday while looking disconnected in NYC, and pictured separately from his wife Hailey who was also in the city. The 30-year-old hitmaker — who stepped out appearing fatigued for the fourth time this week — sported his usual overly-casual style in an oversized hoodie and baggy jeans with a beanie and fuzzy slippers. He made his way through the streets of the Big Apple showing off his scruffy, untamed facial hair without his 28-year-old model wife and their nearly six-month-old son Jack Blues.
