Jacobson, 33, spoke with PEOPLE on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Human Rights Campaign 2025 Greater New York Dinner. There, she was awarded the HRC Visibility Award, celebrating her impactful work in expanding LGBTQ+ representation on- and off-screen. She is the youngest child of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer, and goes by her first and middle name.
