Investigators believe multiple people were involved in the New Orleans terror attack after US Army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar was identified as the driver who killed 15 people celebrating New Year in the city's French Quarter. Jabbar, a 42-year-old real estate agent from Houston, used a rented Ford electric vehicle packed with explosives and carrying an ISIS flag to carry out the massacre but is understood not to have acted alone.
