Lily Allen is planning to take a break amid her ongoing mental health struggles. On the Thursday, Jan. 9 episode of her BBC podcast Miss Me? with co-host Miquita Oliver, Allen, 39, admitted she's "finding it really hard to be interested in anything" at the moment while discussing the fact she hadn't seen Sunday's 2025 Golden Globes. "I'm just so... I'm really not in a good place," the "Not Fair" singer told Oliver.
