Baby naming experts have issued a stark warning to parents about a new 'aggressive' trend. According to multiple naming experts who spoke to HuffPost, monikers that are inspired by violence are on the rise. 'There is a small but noticeable trend of parents using weapons-inspired ― and, more broadly, aggressive ― names for their sons,' Sophie Kihm, who is the editor-in-chief at the website Nameberry, told the outlet. 'Many of these names first appeared on the baby name charts in the 2000s, including Wesson, Caliber, Shooter and Trigger,' she continued.
