A San Francisco woman who went from a life of luxury to ending up on the streets allegedly threatening to abduct and kill children has been placed into psychiatric care as she denied criminal charges against her. Kim Andrews, 37, grew up in a $1.1 million home as the daughter of a famous genius scientist and was once an accomplished athlete. But she has been on a downward spiral in the last few years, which has seen her involved in a series of frightening incidents at city parks, in which she is said to have terrorized moms and their kids.
