Shannon celebrated her 60th birthday on the Oct. 3 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and absent (as expected) from the tea party was Alexis. Still, Alexis decided to send Shannon a gift with a message, but it wasn't received well. "Happy 60th," Shannon read the card aloud to the group.
