Jack McBrayer is coming to Grey Sloan Memorial. In the trailer for the Oct. 10 episode of Grey's Anatomy, the 30 Rock alum, 51, plays a patient who is at the hospital for a kidney transplant. As they prepare to operate, Simone Griffin (Alexis Floyd) introduces the patient as "Tom Costello, 33. Kidney transplant without general anesthesia." "What are the benefits of an awake surgery?" asks Nick Marsh (Scott Speedman) as the interns appear somewhat stumped.
