A city in scenic Florida has a surprisingly uncompetitive housing market - one that could be capitalized on if handled correctly. Bonita Springs is located on the state's Gulf Coast in the southwest, and currently has multiple three-bedrooms that could be had for around $500,000. It boasts an abundance of beautiful beaches, golf courses and roadside attractions, not to mention the annual boat parade and mom-and-pop shops galore. At the moment, the median listing home price sits at around $685,000, down two percent over year.
