A HUSBAND has been put vulnerable to dropping his tiny house after trying to look after his wife, who's affected by mind cancer.

Frigon claimed he tried to get approval for the ramp multiple occasions[/caption]

"My thoughts is racing. I don't know what to do. I don't need this problem, you already know," Frigon advised native ABC affiliate WCVB.

He claimed that his spouse Phyllis needed a wheelchair as a consequence of her aggressive mind cancer remedies.

"If I didn't have the ramp, I must call the rescue squad, which I've needed to do already because I took her [Phyllis] out, and she or he fell getting in the automotive," Frigon defined.

Phil Austin, the property manager of the land owned by The Charles W. Austin Trust, despatched a 30-day notice to Give up to the couple.

Whereas the couple owns their tiny residence, they don't own the property it sits on.

The documentation informs the tenants that they've 30 days to go away the property.

In the notice, Austin said the Frigons "…have constructed an unapproved structure (i.e. a ramp) on the location in Violation of Rule 15d" of the Guidelines and Laws of the Park at Pocasset.

Rule 15d states, "any structural modifications to residence or website, might solely be made with written approval of the proprietor/operator."

Frigon claimed that he tried to get approval for the ramp earlier than it was built.

"My contractor will inform you; the first thing I informed him was to name Phil and clear it with him because I don't want any hassles," he stated.

Patrick Tropeano, the contractor& who was employed, cosigned Frigon's assertion.

"Two weeks glided by, and I still hadn't heard from him," Tropeano claimed.

After a number of failed makes an attempt of making an attempt to get in touch with Austin, Frigon gave Tropeano approval to construct the ramp.

In an e-mail to the network, Austin's lawyer denied the claims made by Frigon and stated, "My shopper won't be offering any comment whereas this matter remains pending."

After being interviewed, Frigon and Phyllis have been served with an eviction grievance, which is the subsequent step in the means of eviction.
